The proposed development will bring an extensive
village-like retail offering and provide a

within easy walking distance
of Parramatta Road, bus stops & Five Dock Metro Station
opening 2032.
Importantly, the project will provide vitally needed
Affordable Housing suitable for essential
workers such as police, nurses and teachers who work in the
